The game doesnt function and shows no text.

I bought Spy Watch before I had received my watch and was really excited for it. The concept is neat and good. Right now though effectively it just makes you set a timer, wait, interact with a rare notification, then reset a timer. At least other timer games like Clash of Clans require some actual user interaction. This game just asks the player to choose option 1 or 2 with no information other than alerting you one option may be riskier and thus no decision making strategy is needed for the player. The spy needs more personality and the player really really needs to make more of an impact on the outcome of the game.

I can barely read the messages the text is so small. Not worth the headache. Good grief.

Love how you are not playing as 007 but as M. However, the game is stuck in a loop where I cannot clear critical mission 6. The agent comes back at the end of the mission and the mission still shows as being incomplete. Also cannot bring up the decision prompt if notification gets accidentally deleted (On Both watch and phone app). Please update with fix.

New update causes iPhone 6 and apple watch app to crash on opening, last version worked but wasnt optimized for 38mm

If your idea of a good time is launching a slow poorly designed game clicking "start" then nothing happening for 2 hours until you get a "mission successful collect your reward" notification then this is the game for you! Seriously it has to be buggy because NOTHING happens. I was expecting to control the spy via messages but its like he doesnt want to talk to me. Good idea, awful execution.

After the update, the App disappeared from my watch and won’t open on my phone.

Cool idea, cool story, bus disappointing. Your decisions have NO effect on story. You could mess up all * and still win. You dont need to train, as you never have to use a special choice. Its all optional. So disappointing . I recommend lifeline instead. Much dinner game.

Nice interface on the phone. _Tiny_ text on the Apple Watch. Can we get an option to make the text bigger?

This game instantly crashes on my phone and watch after a recent update. Using an iPhone 6 plus.

Fun game, big fan. The latest update breaks the app. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled, to no avail. Avoid for now.

Great idea and story behind it and, even after only a few hours of gameplay I can tell Ill enjoy playing it. A few features could definitely be improved though. Good start for the app, but maybe not worth your money until some bugs are fixed. (FYI, for the notifications to work properly wait in the app for a few seconds after the animation pops up and click continue when your spy sends message. The developer should fix this issue)

Do I really need to watch that entrance intro animation every time I launch the app? Having to sit through that every single time is the only reason why I stopped playing. Allow me the skip it and I’ll update my review.

I dont regret buying this, as I want to support developers trying new things to make a compelling game for the a Apple Watch, but there are some very deep flaws unrelated to the platform. - I happened to spend all my time doing random missions and training before really doing the story missions. This was mainly due to an earlier version, where there was a bug with advancing the story (which was fixed in an update). Anyway, after completely leveling up my spy, the story missions involve no decision making whatsoever. There is always an obvious "best choice" and "other choice" and it takes no effort to always pick the best choice. No interesting decisions means the game just isnt fun. - The other main issue is the story mission titles are shown before you even get to them. For example, I am on a mission called "chase Jorge" and I could clearly see the next mission is titled "Jorge escapes".. This is beyond bad game design, this is bad story telling on the most basic level.

This "game" is a unique experience but there is no sound on the whole game. At first I thought it was my phone but a friend bought it and there was no sound either

I am the first to admit I wanted this game before my watch even arrived. I even had a reminder on my calendar to get this game. I downloaded the game as my first app for my watch. Initially I was pleased with the incoming message play and overall feel of the game. I overlooked the fact that my decisions in he game had no impact on the outcomes. Quickly I figured out that the riskier options paid out more and there was no downside. I may have kept playing if it didnt totally crash on my watch and 6 plus to the point that it had to be removed and reinstalled (at which point I lost all of my game data) Save your $2 for SpyWatch 2

Probably not worth 2 dollars but it is a cool game to play and I recommend it

This could possibly be a fantastic casual game. Premise is cool and exciting. Mechanics are poor. Doesnt sync between watch and phone very good. Basically a shell of a game. Dont waste your money until they figure out how to make it work.
